We have created a SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodology that provides structure while allowing flexibility to allow zero-defect software and systems to be deployed in an aggressive timeline. This unique methodology has been developed through a combination of formal education and real-world experience (successes and failures). Because APSd is most interested in customized deliveries within a modular architecture, creativity and flexibility to the engineer is equally as important as management control of the process.
